Hey, Hi, Hello! Will here 👋 Now if I haven’t mentioned this enough on the podcast or even on social media, I have quite the addiction to caffeine, coffee specifically. Unfortunately, while coffee might be an delish fix for a jolt of energy there’s still so much going into the body that is so unnecessary and if it isn’t necessary for me than I don’t want it.
So I had to find a hack for this because I just refuse to give up coffee, especially first thing in the morning. I wanted to find a way that I can enjoy my morning roast while still treating my body right. First things first, I obvi did the research because why experiment with anything without any supporting knowledge. After much research I crafted my own recipe that makes my mornings much better && just the right amount of energy. Oh and did I mention I’m benefiting my health 😘
Don’t worry, I won’t be greedy… below you can peep my recipe for a healthy morning roast because let’s be honest, sometimes Matcha won’t do it.
Will’s BodyPos Morning Roast
1 Scoop of
Thrive Market’s Breakfast Blend Organic Coffee (already ground)
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon ( this helps keep cholesterol low && blood glucose, you’ll increase antioxidants. Best of all, its a spice that’s packed with a variable blend of vitamins and nutrients so like you’re really helping your body out here. Can’t forget that amazing taste!)
1 Teaspoon of
Organic, Grass fed Butter ( Substituting milk for grass fed butter gives your body the proper fats it needs. Almond milk is great, especially Vanilla but that’s just a bit too much sugar and unnecessary fats for my taste)
